Students competing in Digital Presentation can be limited by what they know about the applications used to create a slide show.  Let us help!  Spend 4 weeks learning digital slide show applications using Google Slides, Keynote, or Powerpoint.  Knowing how to take advantage of the options available to create a completely unique presentation can result in a more interesting and impactful presentation.

This course is available online one to one or in a classroom zoom call with up to 4 students.    Students in a group class must be using the same application (Google, Keynote, or PPTX).  The instructor works from a Mac environment, so any PC operating systems must be understood by the user prior to entering the classroom such as how to login, how to launch the application, how to connect to wifi or reconnect to wifi, etc.

In addition, students will need to have permission to search the internet for images as part of their homeowork.  It is HIGHLY recommended that parental controls are engaged to prevent unwanted search results.

This course is taught by René Schiltz who has 6 years of experience teaching digital applications for speech in clubs and speech courses.  This is a course for beginner to intermediate students.

All students and parents are responsible for understanding league rules related to content and sourcing of digital images/material for compliance at competitions.
