Service Description

Coach Schiltz will evaluate your written speech for mistakes and give suggestions to improve grammar, structure, and style. A speech is a unique instrument, crafted with the spoken word in mind. She will also help you understand how to elevate your voice on paper, so that your best vocal style comes through. Her experience teaching high school writing and grammar is very helpful, as well as her university level knowledge of speech communication and years judging and coaching speech events for competition. Suggestions for further development may be made as well, however, students must write their own version of any suggested material. Coach Schiltz will not provide writing samples to be used in the speech. All writing must be the original work of the student before and after suggested edits. All markings for correction and grammar relate to high school level writing and grammar and are considered homeschool educational tools.
